Nathan regularly preaches on Sunday mornings. His ministry as lead pastor focuses on preaching, teaching, visitation, training, and general administration of the church body. He also works with the Grace Deploy Program, annually traveling to Sierra Leone to teach local pastors.
He attended the University of Hawaii for two years and graduated from Grace College with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, followed by his Master’s of Divinity from Grace Theological Seminary in Winona Lake, Indiana, in 1986.
Nathan and his wife moved to Sunnyside in June of 1997 with their two sons to begin serving at Grace Brethren Church of Sunnyside. Today, he enjoys traveling to visit his three grandchildren.

Collin has served as associate pastor since 2011, serving through preaching, teaching, discipleship, and administration. Additionally, he provides oversight as an elder of Missions for the church, both local and global. For the district fellowship, he serves on the Clear Lake Grace Brethren Camp board of directors.
He received his Bachelor’s of Arts in Biblical Exposition from The Master’s College in Santa Clarita, California, followed by his Master’s of Divinity from Westminster Theological Seminary California, in Escondido, in 2011.
Collin, his wife, and daughter live in his hometown of Sunnyside. They are currently on a waitlist to adopt.

Wyatt spends most of his time with the young adults, teaching Bible studies and Adult Bible Fellowship classes, focusing on discipleship. In the summer, you will find him serving in various ways at the district youth camps and helping direct VBS.
Wyatt received his Associate’s Degree from Yakima Valley College before attending Grace College, where he received his Bachelor of Arts in Biblical Studies. He earned his Master’s of Divinity in Pastoral Studies shortly after from Grace Theological Seminary in 2024. He joined the church staff in January of 2025.
He and his wife have one daughter and live in their hometown of Prosser.

You can find Jeremy teaching the youth during Sunday School and Wednesday night youth group. With the help of volunteers, he directs games, worship, Bible lessons, and plans various youth events throughout the year. He has served on the church staff since the fall of 2014.
Jeremy has been an active part of the Northwest Grace Brethren district since his youth, attending Maple Valley GBC and Kent GBC, and participating in both churches’ youth groups, quizzing teams, camps, and youth rallies. He moved to Sunnyside in the summer of 2014 to begin teaching in Sunnyside High School’s science department.
He loves the constant support that our youth have from the church–the amount of prayer, encouragement, volunteering, help, and financial support is amazing.
He and his wife live in Grandview with their three young children.

If you call, you’ll most likely be greeted by Jean, our church secretary. She quietly and efficiently handles more tasks than we have room to mention here. She became the secretary in 2016.
Jean loves the excellent preaching and worship each Sunday and the friendliness of the people at Grace Brethren Church.
Jean and her husband have attended Grace Brethren Church of Sunnyside since 1979. They live in Granger and have four adult children and six grandchildren.
